TeBiDost (Tekirdağ Bisiklet ve Doğa Sporları Topluluğu)
It was established on 10.10.2018 from independent amateur athletes who have devoted themselves to nature and cycling. TeBiDoST operates in Turkey and abroad, especially in Tekirdağ and its surrounding districts. TEBIDOST, a secular, libertarian group that adopted ATATÜRK's PRINCIPLES and REVOLUTIONS as its guide, assimilated democracy;
It is a non-profit cycling group, which is not affiliated with any commercial formation or political institutions, and is completely voluntary. Our purposes;
• To make nature excursions and walks in order to protect nature, to make it popular and to raise awareness of the society on this issue.
• To bring together cycling friends with the aim of serving the public interest, primarily the youth, women, children, the elderly and all segments of the society.
• Explaining and promoting the benefits of cycling to the society in terms of health, sports, transportation, environmental health, tourism and economy, and reaching wider masses in this direction.
• To emphasize that Tekirdağ province is in a convenient location for cycling with its nature, low traffic density compared to surrounding provinces and districts.
• To educate all bicycle lovers and related persons, to help them own and use bicycles.
In short, our aim is to raise awareness of the society on this issue.
OUR ACTIVITIES
1- To engage in various activities that will make cycling popular and encouraging,
2- Organizing public bicycle tours for all ages, categories and classes.
3- Organizing bicycle tours and excursions at local, national and international levels.
4-Strengthen our social memory and emphasize social responsibilities; to organize bicycle tours that will raise awareness on national holidays and important days.
5- To carry out activities to protect nature and the environment and to cooperate with relevant organizations for this purpose.
6- To reveal and develop bicycle-related rights in laws.
Every bicycle lover who adopts the aims and principles of the group and agrees to work in this direction has the right to join the group.
We wish everyone, who sees cycling as a lifestyle, a pleasant time in the nature of Süleymanpaşa.
