One of the remarkable examples of civil architecture in Süleymanpaşa, the Yellow Kiosk was built in 1920 by a Greek named Müses Agovic. When the family that owned the mansion immigrated from Tekirdağ in the population exchange in 1926, the building was first used as the Military Service Branch and then as the Ensign Guesthouse. The building, which was worn out over the years, was allocated to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in 1989. The mansion, which was renovated by staying true to the original structure, is used by the Provincial Culture and Tourism Directorate today.
