Located on Muratlı Street, the mosque was built in 1760 and opened for worship. The mosque, which has lost its original structure today, was planned and built as a rectangle by Yusuf Ağa. Yusuf Ağa Mosque, the first minaret of which was wooden, gained its minaret with a single balcony made of cut stone after the renovations and continues to serve as open to worship today. It is within the borders of Zafer District, one of the central districts of Süleymanpaşa District.
